Your ballot for voting on the election of officers/directors for 2012, for passage of articles of incorporation and revised by-laws and for selection of races for the Grand Prix series are included in this email.
Incorporation of the club is necessary to comply with requirements of the Road Runners Club of America and the passage of articles of incorporation and revised by-laws is the first step of that incorporation. A copy of the proposed articles of incorporation and by-laws are linked below.

To select races for the Grand Prix series, please place "x" on the row for the races you wish to select in the column marked "x to vote". Notice that as specified in the Grand Prix rules recently adopted by the membership, the ballot is divided into race types; Ultra-race, Half Marathon, 10K races, 5K races and you should vote for the number of races by type as indicated by the red text. If you vote for more of a type than is indicated, your votes for that type race will be disqualified.

There will not be any voting at the Banquet. Ballots must be returned to Tom by Jan 5, 2012.
Tom will tally the votes and the races selected for the Grand Prix series will be announced at the club banquet in January.
